Cabin fever abated I am now affected by Jungle Fever!!! Seedlings, lots and lots of seedlings.... a greenhouse would be handy just about now. Thankfully our bedroom is extra large with nice big glass door to the great outdoors. Of course it's difficult to walk out with trays of seedlings in front of it but... c'est la vie.
The "look" hasn't been off my husband's face for days now.... he's praying for Spring to arrive earlier. "Really dear, did you need to plant 72 onions and leeks?""You know dear, you don't even have your garden plots set up, right?""Really, this is getting a bit out of hand don't you think dear" Maybe I am a forest creature?
The bane of my existance weighs 17lbs, has enough hair to stuff a mattress, sleeps most of the day, and occasionally answers to the name of Morse. Morse is a white longhaired cat I picked up from the pound. Someone forgot to mention he is related to Garfield. He also believes that seedlings are hor's devours. Why have boring dry catnip when you can munch on young nasturtiums and marigolds. Of course, he left the 72 onions and leeks alone.
Thank goodness March is almost here..
